At the last minute they were able to send us a beautiful chrysler limo at a very reasonsable price, the limo was fully stocked and they staff was very helpful in setting the reservation up. We used Ecstasy Limo for our wedding on April 30th, 2011 and I must say, the service was impeccable and exceeded our expectations. We had the Escalade, Infiniti and Antique studabaker. The limos are beautiful and the antique car is one of a kind, I haven't seen it any where yet or in any other weddings. All the vehicles arrived on time and as scheduled. Fully stocked with ice and beverages as promised. The A/C in the antique was excellent. My bridal party had a great time in the limos and we are extremely happy and satisfied with the service. Hi Ecstasy Limo, Where should I begin, they were highly recommended by my hotel, they are the house limo service for the hotel. I called them and the transaction was very smooth from the begining. The Representative was very friendly and patient in assisting me to make the reservation. It was a surprise for my boyfriend and we were both surprise. I reserved the Lincoln Limo and a new Chrysler Limo with jet door showed up. It was a smooth ride and the experience was very pleasant and memorable. I stayed at a 7 stars hotel and the Ecstasy Limo service is a 7 stars service, hands down. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making our night special. more

This company was absolutely terrible and my husband is currently drafting a letter to let them know how disappointed we were with their service. First of all, I get a call from my husband at 3pm the day of the wedding to ask for the wedding coordinator’s number. He didn’t want to tell me why, but I eventually got him to admit he wanted her to find the limo, which was currently a half hour late picking my husband and the groomsman up at their hotel to bring them to the church. As I panicked, the DOC found the limo, which was sitting in traffic and didn’t think to call and let anyone know that he was going to be late. \r The limo ended up picking up my husband over a full one hour late, and because of that everything else was compounded into more lateness. The limo driver, who never even introduced himself to myself nor my husband, never even apologized for making us late to our own wedding. We used one limo to transport our entire bridal party, so because the limo was late picking up the boys, it also made my bridesmaids and I late to the church as well. To make matters worse, the driver (who spoke very limited English), did not help any of the girls out of the limo, just opened the door and stepped aside looking bored and annoyed. The driver also did not congratulate us after the ceremony, and did not have the champagne we were promised as a part of our package neither. When my husband asked about the champagne, the driver motioned to the front of the limo, and mumbled ""it's up there somewhere"" and shut the door on us. My husband, went to try and find the champagne, which was boiling from being left in the August heat. We couldn't even drink it. After arriving (late) to our ceremony venue, the driver waited around for my husband, and said “Where’s your credit card?"" My husband told the driver that he would be receiving the gratuity which was already included in the contract, which it was, however the driver argued with him about it and said it wasn’t really included. \r The driver wouldn't leave my husband alone, so my husband gave the guy $40 just to go away and leave us alone. To top it off, when we checked our credit card statement, the company OVERcharged us by $100 for a “gas surcharge.” The overall experience could not have been more horrendous, and I fully intend to share my review which as many other wedding review websites as I can, and will spread the word on the popular Wedding Website message board, The Knot. I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the limo service your company provided on 04/10/2011 to Medieval Times in NJ. We had a great time and the Infiniti QX56 limo was very nice. The driver, David was on time and professional. He helped the ladies out and was knowledgeable in the areas. We rented limos before and the driver was lost. The jet door was bonus to get in and out. Hello Ecstasy Limo & Staff, We had a great experience with Ecstasy Limo for our Wedding on 03/26/2011. Our driver, was so helpful throughout the whole time we were with him. He rolled out the red carpet for us and helped all of us get in and out of the limo. He made sure we were comfortable and was constantly asking if we were ok. The service was excellent. The Escalade limo was new, clean and comfortable. The airplane doors on the Escalade was a big plus, especially with my dress and it was easy for the bride maids. I never had an Escalade with 2 airplane doors. The driver was on time at our pick up location. We would definitely recommend Ecstasy Limo to our friends. We booked the Range Rover limousine from Ecstasy Limousine service for a Sweet 16 on November 8th 2010, and would like to share our experience. The service was nothing but the best. No headaces or worries about the limo showing up. I had called several companies and they couldn't show us the limo. I called Ecstasy Limosine and we went to their office and was able to see the limousines and my daughter fell in love with the Range Rover. On the day of my event, the limo arrived early, cleaned and stocked with beverages for the children. I was surprised to see Joey came himself. The children had a great time and especially my daughter, she made an entrance at her party with the Range Rover. Everyone was amazed with the limo. more

I used Ecstasy Limo for a wine tasting trip out east a recent weekend. The standard for time limit was 6 hours, we opted to pay for 7 hours because we were going wine tasting out east and knew we should allow ourselves more time to get back to Queens. Everything went smoothly until we hit some traffic in Nassau County on the way back, it was evident that the trip would take a little more than 7 hours because of the traffic. We were told whilst in traffic on the L.I.E. that we could pay $120 for the extra time or be dropped off where we were. Needless to say I was shocked, everything had gone smoothly until then and I couldn't believe that I was left with such an ultimatum whilst in the middle of a traffic jam 15 minutes away from our destination. I challenged the driver, called the company and was told regardless of traffic we would have to be dropped off if we didn't want to pay the $120 to be dropped off 15 minutes away because of a contract. We were left on the side of the highway to fend for ourselves, we had no control over the traffic and would have been forced to pay an exorbanate amount because of it. I personally would never use this service again and I advise anyone who reads this to do the same. They seem to be very money hungry and neglect to take situations that are out of ones hands into consideration. After paying $700 plus an extra $60 we tipped the driver on top of the required gratuity, we were left on the side of the highway to find our own way home. more

I rented a princess rolls royce and the chrysler limo for my wedding. The service was outstanding, the owner came and every thing was perfect. The red carpet service was really a nice touch to my special day, the driver even went into the church and put the white runner. I called Ecstasy Limousine on 12/24/2008 at the last minute for a limousine to the airport and they were wonderful. The reservation process was very simple and the driver was at my house on time as scheduled. I have been using them since. I used the Chrysler limo for new years eve party in Manhattan. I already used the hummer and Infiniti limo for birthdays and personal use. This company is the best and the price is fantastic. You will not be overcharged and there is no surprises. The Hummer limo is amazing. Marble floors, can you believe it? My party was comfortable in this limo, its very spacious. I rented from other company before and they always send you something else or sell you a false line.
