These guys never showed up. Called and was promised a call back. No call back. Called again, nobody there to speak to other than operator. Promised a call back again, never heard ...

Also helped me to save some money on the project. Thanks!!!. Bad: Honestly, i was 100% satisfied. Improvements: Pricing. Everything is so expensive, and I know its not AV source NY fault. Best Service. Best automation systems in the world 12/7/2010

I alway had some type of control system installed in every apartment I lived in. I had Crestron at my parents house. I had RTI and AMX installed in my other apartments. Non of them were programmed just right. I liked it, but it was always super complicated to use. AV source NY showed me Savant home automation system that uses iPad and iPhone as my touchscreen remote. I fell in love with the system and the way it was programmed. I decided to go wild and installed audio and video distribution system with a media server, lighting and climate control throughout my apartment. All controlled via Savant. I love it, it's easy, intuitive and super cool. AV source NY is the best home automation company in New York area. more

Great Installation Company. My home Theater is better then ever 5/10/2010

av source was my first experience with audio/video installation company. That is why I decided to share it with people here. I though I know everything about Home Theater, but I was wrong. There are so many things involved, that no regular consumer will know. AV source NY does the job right! more

Home Automation system integration 5/9/2010

Good: Professionalism, honesty, knowlege. Bad: the guys were late 15-30 minutes. Improvements: If the team came on time to my appointments I would not have any problems.. Other: Av source NY had a solution for my special requests for my control system. Very satisfied with the programming and design of my AMX controller. It works perfect so far without any glitches. If you had an automation control before, you know that even single erro in programming leads to very frustrating problems. But Av source NY managed to do it perfectly.. more

Every time I need audio and video people I call avsourceny.com. Last week I used their services for the third time. I love the professionalism of av source ny. They came on time, it only took them 2 hours to complete my home theater installation and the price was as usual - the best. I now have 20 business cards from them and will recommend this company to all my friends. more

Very knowledgeable people! Thanks for Help 5/5/2010

My biggest problem with my Home Theater system was 5 remotes that I had to use to turn it on. I have a Bose system and from my research in google, there is no universal remote control that controls Bose as well as other equipment. AV source ny had a solution for me - RTI. Now my system has only 1 remote that does everything. Plus I can add lighting and thermostat control to the remote as well. The technology is amazing! Thanks AV source more

Custom home automation system from AV source NY is the best 5/3/2010

I had a hard time finding a reliable Home Automation company. A friend of mine suggested to call AV source NY, his home theater system was built by them. I had my estimates with all plans almost next day.Very professional customer service from AV source helped me with my equipment, wiring and system design. Home Automation system 5/1/2010

I worked with AV source NY for about 6 month to build a 6 zone audio system with video distribution in my apartment. Eventually I got to the point where I have all of my Lighting, HVAC, Drapery controlled by home automation system from av source ny. I also had them installed a separate Home Theater system in my library. So far everything is working perfect, I'm glad Av source NY was my choice! more
