these guys are a rip off, needed something done but should have had truck towed to another shop. They said the vehicle was over charging and had ruined the battery, good guess, they put in a new battery that lasted all of 7 days. Had vehicle towed to another shop who did a complete diagnoses and found computer problems which had now ruined the new battery.Had the vehicle repaired at new shop and took the ruined battery back to A V for credit, no such luck they said it was fine. Took battery to local battery mart and they check and it was dead and needed to be replaced at a cost of $90.00, the same brand battery A V charged me $175.00 plus labor for.The attitude they have is 'TOO BAD' No refund or credit,just move on! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, but not the first by reading reviews. more

Good: not much. Bad: really bad service, with a new manager they would do a lot better, I will never be back.. Improvements: A little friendliness and remember we the customer pay your wages, however no more of mine.. Other: I do not know the name of the tall guy at the service center, but he needs to go, there use to be good service, but the good guys are gone, and only the obnoctious guy is left, you would be better of with out him. more
