I went into this shop because they had a sign outside indicating a special on some car audio components. I do not know a lot about these things so I started asking some basic questions. Apparently this was too much for the guy working in there (don't remember his name or if he even told it to me) because he immediately displayed a terrible attitude. Now I cannot say I have a problem with the quality of work since I turned my butt right around and left, but if there service is as bad as I have read in the other post here as well as on Yahoo I am glad I left. It should be realized by international audio that customers are necessary to succeed and perhaps treat them a little nicer, especially when they are asking about your products. If I knew everything there was to know about car audio I wouldn't even have gone into the store in the first place.
