They are fabulous. We needed a plumbing job done quick on a condo and they came out the same day I called, assessed the problem, went off to buy parts, which they didn't have, he called every supplier he knew of to try and get the part we needed. In the end, we had to order it, but the second they were in he called and was in to fix the problem. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, the technician that did the job was also friendly, professional, thorough, experienced, neat and even cleaned up after himself. 5 stars! more

This is to commend the excellent work done by your people today in installing a new commode at our apartment. they were an obliging team, very fast, courteous and tidy. Moreover, they worked will with the building staff. The new toilet works just fine, and is a vast improvement over the previous model. more

Plumberusa.info was courteous, professional and most importantly, diagnosed and fixed our problematic kitchen and bathroom drain problem. Service was on-time as promised when scheduling... They also checked entire system for suggestions on how to prevent future plumbing issues. Will refer and use again. more

In this day and age...it is a rarity.
