As always satisfied with cleaning. Only complaint was that Dr. did his exam without wearing gloves. This is only time it happened and hope it does not happen again. more

I appreciate the courtesy I receive at the office to accommodate my schedule. Everyone is always so friendly and nice. I like that I am given a quote for needed procedures ahead of time so that I can plan. The estimate is almost always higher than what the final cost is. It's always nice to pay less. I appreciate that they understand my time is just as important as theirs and they try to do their best to get me in and out of the office quickly without compromising care. more

I just can't get enough of yall that I seem to be in there every month or so! No, really, I had felt a tooth broken and while having a crown put in, Dr. Madison checked this one, and sure enough, my tooth had broken and needed filling. No problem today. I love cutting up with them & talking. I just hate the shots. Don't like pain. LOL! more

Appointment was on time. I had a long, two hour procedure, but the staff was so friendly that the time went by quickly. Very compassionate, very experienced. I love this office! more

Root canal 4/18/2011

Best experience ever with this procedure and I've had several! Dr. Madison explains everything he's doing and any problems he expects to encounter. He checks patient comfort level frequently. I always feel his only priority is taking care of my problem; he never seems hurried, never leaves to take care of other patients, never seems impatient with questions. If you have to have dental repair done, this is definitely the man to do it. more
