Eddie K and his assistant provided excellent service on the work done for us. They also provided additional information on how to keep our plumbing functioning well. It was really nice to see how they respected our property while they worked and left everything looking neat and tidy. They were truly professionals! more

Excellent plumbers 8/7/2015

Ive owned a 4 unit rental property for 2 years now, evry 2 months the toilets back up, This is the 1st time i called this company, Tony came out and helped me to understand the drain system, he called Scott and they ran a camera to figure out EXACTLY what the problem was. Excellent service, the next time i have a problem with my plumbing i will call Rescue Rooter more

Area Drains 8/5/2015

The last big storm we had i noticed we had clogged area drains in the back yard, tody was the 1st time i called rescue rooter, Tony came out to snake the area drain and noticed we had a root problem so he called Beecher and he ran a camera to figure out my problems, they did the best they could to remove roots, they were easy to work with. I would definitely call this company again!! I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends. more

Great plumber 8/1/2015

My main sewer line was backed up, its not the 1st time i use this company but today Tony came out and exceeded all of our expectations, he fixed the problem and now we are having dinner! Ask for Tony!!! more

I have 3 properties on 1 lot. The main sewer keeps backing up about every 3 months, Tony came out to help he worked hard and was very informative, he called out Jordan and they gave me repair options, at the time we cant afford all the work that needs to get done but they helped me understand the real problems and I appreciate everything they did. more

Tony helped me out by replaing pipes under my house and installed a beautiful vanity, im very pleased with the way it looks,Tony has very good relationship skills, he kept a tight schedule which was important to me. I will definitely recommend Rescue Rooter to family and friends. ASK FOR TONY more

Drain repair 7/31/2015

Tony was out initially to snake my kitchen drain, he was having problems snaking the drain so he inspected the pipes under house and found that i had broken pipes for not just my kitchen but also for the bathroom sink and i didnt even know it, the space was too small for Tony to make the repair so Justin came out to make the repair under house he struggled and i can tell the process took longer than what i wanted but it was done, I didnt see Justin anymore i would give Justin 2 stars out of 5, then Tony came out and called the City of Lemon Grove to inspect repair and it passed no problem. Tony closed out the last portion of the job by helping me with financing paperwork and he made me feel better about everything due to the job taking so long. If i ever called this company back i would definitely ask for Tony! more

Water leak in wall 7/30/2015

This was the 1st time i called Rescue Rooter, i found them online, Tony came out diagnosed the situation and figured out the problem he was knowledgeable and efficient. Turns out i needed some pipes replaced for my bathroom, he also replaced my vanity as well and it came out good. I would definitely call this company again. more

Main sewer 7/24/2015

My main sewer line was clogged they took a bit to get to me but when Tony arrived he was very curtious, knowledgeable inquisitive. I would definitely call this company again! more

Toilet clogged 7/24/2015

I had a clogged toilet! Tony came out, unclogged it quick, provided me with Drainright and educated me about Flowtech, I will call back to get it installed as soon as my electrician installs an outlet, Tony was very informative and felt that he was very streight forward and trustworthy. more

Kitchen sink drain. 7/22/2015

Our kitchen drain was stopped up! Tony and Josh came out to help and they noticed my drain was broken under the house in crawl space, they called Scott and he gave us replacement options, they are a bit expensive but definitely did GREAT WORK and provided us with an awesome warranty. I would call this company again if i had any other plumbing problems more

Miguel 7/22/2015

Miguel was kind, efficient, friendly and had a big smile on his face as he introduced himself. I was immediately impressed. He explained to me what needed to be done and went about the job quickly. He also made sure I knew how long the job would take. He had a young man with him, also named Miguel who I assumed was an apprentice. I can't think of a better mentor then Miguel No. 1!! Their clean up was quick and spot on, I won't hesitate to call ARS next time I need help! From first call to completion of the job, top rate. Excellent service, excellent plumber! Thank you Miguel!! more
