Outside faucet repair 4/17/2014

John is a capable professional. He completed the estimate and repair in short order. He did a little extra sealing of an opening in my stone exterior. He is friendly and knowledgeable. His work on my home was well done. more

Furnace Check 4/2/2014

Adam and Billy called about 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know when they would be there. They introduced themselves, were efficient and friendly, serviced my furnace (actually changed the filter and ran it through the paces,) and gave me some tips on working my thermostat. Right away Adam noticed the batteries needed replaced in my thermostat and we changed them. I really appreciate that as I might not have noticed that message. They checked my outdoor unit and left everything clean. I have used Air-Trol before and I think they are a top-notch organization. Additionally, while I normally believe a service plan is a waste of money, in the case of a furnace and air-conditioner, I think the plan is money well-spent. Would recommend these guys for sure in the future. more

Installation Quick and Easy 1/15/2014

I would just like to say the company was amazing. From our sales rep coming out in freezing temperatures to talk with us, to the install guys coming as soon as they could. We were without a furnace when the windchills were -40 and you guys got us a new heat pump system, and corrected our issue. The installation guys were very efficient and polite. I was working from home that day, and they stayed as quiet as they could and did not disturb me unless I was absolutely needed for anything. Great guys and a great job! more

Best plumbing experience in 20 years! 10/14/2013

We discovered a leak in the ceiling below our upstairs toilet...Called ARS and received prompt professional service over the phone. To our delight, the technician handling our case, Christian S., handled the case with ease! The problem was diagnosed, fixed and whatever mess was made was promptly cleaned up. I was impressed by Christian's experience and knowledge about plumbing and was delighted to hear that he felt that he worked for a company that strove for quality and great customer service.
