Do not use this company if you are looking for competent, honest or fairly priced help. They will say what you want to hear to make the sale; your money is their only concern. They lost all of my data and dared to say that it was my fault for not having ""all of my back-ups"". I never thought I would lose all of my family photos due to having a virus cleaned up. Since I had already paid my hefty bill, there was nothing further they could help me with rather than charging me more money to ""possibly recover some of the data"". I would recommend trying other companies in the area, as I don't see how they could be worse.
