AMLI At Westcliff

My husband and I currently live at Amli at westcliff. We hate it! We are paying $1345 a month for rent and since there was only covered parking around our apartment building we were forced to rent 2 parking spaces. We were NOT told it was for the length of our lease and we are stuck paying for them for a year. The people above us sound like a herd of elephants walking around. The bedrooms are freezing cold cause the vents dont blow enough heat to them and our masterbathroom never gets any heat. On the first day here our apartment was so dirty we had to clean all the cupboards and counters before using the kitchen and there were spiders everywhere. Not to mention the dirty carpet. We made sure to list all these problems on the sheet when we moved in. The light fixture in the living room had no light balb in it. We decided to move to another place after just the first week. We were told we would have to pay $3000 to break our lease! I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, They are definately NOT luxury apartments as they claim to be!! Dont waist your money on these! more

I rented from Amli @ Westcliff from 8/07-09/08. After moving out, I was charged a $45 dollar excessive cleaning fee for an unclean kitchen and grill stains on the porch. Prior to moving out, I made sure the kitchen was clean, plus we didn?t even own a grill. It?s just the management?s way to keep your security deposit.
