I bought an expensive room heater. They will tell you they only have one left in the back and after they sell it, the price for new orders is going up. They actually heat their facility with 4-5 of the heaters so the units appear to work better than they actually will in your home. They completely overstate the capability of the unit. more

honesty 1/24/2006

these employees were not honest - after dealing with them twice - I found they gave me used (floor models) when they said they were new - sealed in box. They also know very little about their products. Cons: honesty more
