My agent brings me a wealth of value, helps me with questions and issues, suggests way I can save money and makes me feel like I’ve got someone watching out for me. I don’t ever have to deal with maddening phones trees, talking to different people every time who really don’t care about me or having to repeat myself 10X over because keep getting transferred to a different department who may or may not be able to help me. Insurance companies trying to capture market share by being the lowest bidder really miss the point, and I feel sorry for consumers who buy into that mentality. This business is about service, and my Allstate agency has shown me that their values are truly aligned with Allstate’s motto. more
