Founded in 1972, we currently manage several hundred apartments and commercial units located in San Francisco, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Richmond and Contra Costa and Solano counties. We have a staff of experienced maintance personal in addition to a great group of trusted professionals and contractors who have worked with us for many years. Our current portfolio includes single family homes, multi-unit apartment buildings and commercial buildings that range in size from single units to buildings with over 100 apartments.
