I had an in home consultation with the biggest liar on earth. He promised us key pads and smoke alarms, never to return. charges us every month even though we do not have adt service. NEVER INSTALLED SYSTEM and still charges bill. do not trust this man in your home or with your personal information- brandon jennings from adt on obrien road columbus ohio. beware! more
