I am very happy to have ADT for my family. At night, we can all sleep well and there is nothing to worry because of I know help will always arrive on time. It is also amazing to know that they really make sure that their customers get updates on their latests products. I recommend ADT for all. more

So far I have just paid for upgrades throughout the 10 years I have been with ADT and had the system installed. I love the look of the newer keypads with touch screens. I just got the system yesterday and so far its doing good. When they installed it, they were on time and the explanation on how it works was very simple and understandable--and most of all the price is very affordable more

dormant? not a problem 10/7/2012

We moved into an apartment that already had an ADT alarm. When the technician came out to reactivate the system, he only had to make minor adjustments to the positions of certain sensors even though the system had been dormant for 5 years (the tenant before us hadn't used it). I was really impressed that the system was still in great shape even so many years later! more

He did the work quickly and cleanly and made a small change to the installation plan to ensure best protection. The idea of a monitored alarm is that, instead of a noisy bell ringing outside and being ignored, a central office receives an alert about the alarm system and takes the necessary action. Before calling the police or whoever out they will try to contact the householder to establish that there hasn’t been a false alarm. more

This is good intrusion prevention especially for big business. This will really scare off robbers and burglars. They have one type of alarm that the siren will be alerted at the central station of ADT. It means burglars and robbers have no idea that police are on their way to the location. more

I talked to a friend earlier this week and I am so glad to know that she had called ADT for the installation of her home security. She said their neighborhood is safe but she does not know when these bad people break in. So she decided to get ADT simply because they are best. more

just the right cost! 11/21/2011

Really surprised to discover that ADT was the most cost effective out of them all. The reason for this is that my installation only cost £299 which includes the Metropolitan Police Registration fee. The system was installed in about 5 hours with the minimum mess. I opted also for a combined smoke/C02 detector that alerts the alarm receiving centre if I have a fire/gas leak. Most quotes I got were around the £900 mark plus the £300 or so a year more

Our monthly rate is less than $50, and to pay for a security system at that cost is very very cheap. Plus we get protected 24/7. And whenever I called for assistance, they immediately arrive on time. more

simple to use and works easy 10/17/2011

Not a fancy alarm with loads of features. More importantly for me the alarm has installed by ADT and my home feels a lot safer for having a ADT box facing the main road for everyone to see. The alarm is simple to use and works just fine. We added two personal attack buttons one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The system was explained to use by the installer and we really appreciated the time he spent with us. Recommended to anyone who wants a good value burglar alarm without installing it themselves. more

I rely on ADT 9/24/2011

We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly. more

Make no bones about it, you need the security ADT can offer and you only risk your property and your personal safety be procrastinating on getting your alarm system set up immediately. An ADT monitoring service has to be the most important investment you can make to protect your property, you and of course your loved ones. more
