Installation was completed quickly, and my installer took the time teach me how to use the keypad. We haven’t had any issues with break-in attempts, but I definitely feel safer knowing that there’s a back-up plan in case someone does try to enter. more

the expert 10/28/2012

If you need security, you call ADT. They are the expert on this esp. on residental and commercial areas. Its been a century that this business runs and with that very long reputation, there is nothing I can ask for. ADT is sensitive too. They have the most sensitive wireless detectors. The slight movement of my dog entering the house from by back triggers the alarm at night that is why have to transfer his bed inside the house. more

I was very dissatisfied with ADT alarm systems. I set up ADT for installation and they told me they would charge a good amount of money for the first couple of months along with purchasing the equipment; they told me after purchasing the equipment once if I call them they would come to install it. more

got my appointment 10/13/2012

Called the ADT dealer and had my appointment set right away. I look forward to having the system put into my home so that i can work on other home improvements. With this dealear i never have to worry. The appointment is scheduled and he called to make sure i would be there for the installer to come. more

He has provided me with wonderful customer service and been extremely responsive to concerns and questions regarding ADT service and equipment. excellent prevention 10/3/2012

Another big advantage of ADT is the bell box which is instantly recgonisble as a well known company and act's as an excellent deterant. The prices for a system are not as expensive as pepole think depending on the kind of system that you opt for natuarally radio systems can be more expensive but are much tidier and easier to fit than hard wired system and new battery technology means the batteries in the detectors only need changing every few years unlike systems of old that needed changing about every year. more
