ADT is a combination of quality, Security, and Affordability. It can be tailored to our specific needs, preferences and specifications. I think the system is excellent and it’s the best surveillance setup for the money. Finding a quality monitoring system for your home is not an easy task as there are so many options. more

You have to call ADT now because they are the best in security systems. You have to see it for yourself. Just do not get bothered by the negative comments. It is usually for customers who have their own faults as well. This was suggested to me by my office mate. Thanks to her, I have ADT in my house now and I am secured everytime I am on a vacation. more

forgetting their obligations sometimes 11/4/2012

They are good but sometimes they tend to forget their obligations. Like I had to call them several times to repair my system and it took them a week to come to my place. It something happened during that week, I am totally in danger. more

ADT claims to give a 6-months money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with their security system or service. They will refund the installation price and pay all monitoring fees if they are not able to fix your problem or resolve your issues. And if you have been living in your house for more than 2 years, ADT will give you a Premium Mover’s Package on your first move, which includes a free home security alarm system for the new house as well as a 10% discount on upgrades. more

really revolutionary 10/26/2012

I'm proud to own one of the first ADT-200A. I could test the transceiver in the last days and it's really revolutionary.Some options don't work at the moment, but the main thing, the receiver works really great. This are not very technical statements, but all technical datas are on the webpage of HB9CBU. It needs some further development in userinterface but this concept is really worth to have a look on it. more

ADT monitored home security systems are wireless. A wireless home security system does not need electrical power to operate and will not be disconnected if a burglar cuts the electrical wiring leading to your home. This gives you and your family an extra layer of protection. more

well appreciated! 10/7/2012

I have used ADT for years for my home and recently set up an account for my business. All in all it was a pretty positive experience and the price was very competitive. The difference betweenthe home and business installation and setup was minimal, and I would have expected a slightly more polished approach to a commercial account, but the truth is that the systems are pretty similar. I will continue using ADT and appreciate their service. more

motion detectors 10/5/2012

It’s a simple security system but a little expensive compared to the other home alarm providers. It’s a very standard alarm system that covers the basics: i.e. a keypad, window and door sensors and motion detectors. The motion detector doesn’t work too well with Pets, so the false alarms are a bit high. more
