My entire community has ADT hardware installed in our homes. I have never come across a more ridiculous scenario!! I have to spend close to $200 to have the system looked at, and all I need is a door. You sell the product but not the part, and if you do you charge an unfair amount... I despise your company and the treatment I've received! I will FOREVER tell this story to everyone interested in your services! more

At first, I was hesitant to get an alarm system, but after our next door neighbor had their house burglarized while on vacation, we are so glad we got ADT. I go to bed every night knowing my family is that much safer. Not only do I feel safer with my ADT security, but I was able to also reduce my homeowner’s insurance by over $200 per year. The installation was pretty painless and now I feel secure and save money all at the same time. more

The installer was equally great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He's was very respectful of our home and works very cleanly. Anyone looking to have a monitored alarm installed through ADT, contact these guys....THEY'LL HOOK YOU UP! more

having lots of troubles 10/13/2012

I got their system about five months now, but I am experiencing a lot of trouble with my alarm. I tried contacting their support system and they have been helpful too but I just cant afford to get this trouble all the time. Its still good though! more

Great benefits, direct management was very positive and supportive. Lots of outside sales tools and freedom. You get back as much as you put into it, if if you understand the processes and are self disciplined about the sales process. Fix the commercial install side of things, please. It was a mess and wasted a huge amount of time that cut into selling. more

Isn't it amazing that having a wireless security system from ADT makes our homes and properties all day? I have to admit that I was a bit hesitant in getting alarm system but I realized that crimes can happen anytime of the day. So why risk your life, when you can make it safe in the first place? This is all I want and I need. When I first saw ADT security systems, I believe and trust in their services.. Its already proven! It really works! more
