Service rep was knowledgeable about the alarm system and had the current status of the problem. This is definitely the number to use live person as soon as "0" was pressed.

simple and understandable 5/10/2011

I just got the system yesterday and so far its doing good. When they installed it, they were on time and the explanation on how it works was very simple and understandable--and most of all the price is very affordable. more

alarm system installed 5/1/2011

We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly. more

After watching the news about all the different mom and pop alarm company's in town here the obvious choice for me was ADT. Alot of these alarm company's didn't even have a license to sell alarms. That was disturbing. Also alot of them are using out dated equipment. ADT has been doing this for over 130 years so I think they know what they are doing by now. more

Life Saver 4/10/2011

ADT's critical conditions system saved my daughter’s life! My daughter was home alone and left some dinner heating in the oven. The heat from the system triggered the alarm to go off and within minutes a fire truck was on its way to our house. more
