grateful and helpful 3/7/2013

I am very grateful to ADT for finding the crook in our house before it was too late. Since we both are working, it was difficult for us to leave our daughter Cindy, alone at home. We found a babysitter, Emily for her. I know I can trust this company. All good things are in here. Very effective and I want to recommend this to everybody esp. those people with business. It is helpful. more

You must be careful with this company. Especially when you sign the contract. They lie!!! They told me it will be a month-to-month and they put you on 5-year contract. The cancellation is 90% of remaining service charge. Go for some other company when you need security alarm!!! more

feel safe 12/25/2012

I am also a member of USAA (discount!) and they have some specials for moving. I was able to get in touch with a new tech and get everything worked out over the phone. By the time moving day came, I was able to easily transfer my service over to my new home without delay. I feel safer because of ADT. more

false advertising 10/13/2012

I have ADT alarm system and I am currently planning to switch it. I pay over $120/month for their services and I want the public to be aware of their false advertising and they should be sued for lying to the customers. I found this out when I was overseas for an official trip. more

exciting always 10/7/2012

Could it be more exciting if you get an alarm where no wiring is found? ADT has evolved so much. The wireless system is 100 percent user friendly and has high sensitivity and I am very grateful to ADT because it have been keeping my older man safe over the years. He lives alone in our home in Minnesota so I have to install ADT for him. more
