Someone I work with told me to go to Act II in Shelby, what a mistake. \r
From the time I walked through the door a older blonde woman was at the desk, very unfriendly and unprofessional. I sat there for 10 minutes before she acknowledged me. I had my hair done with Mary who obviously needs to retire. My hair was hideous, she never listened to anything I wanted. I will never go there or recommend it to anyone.
