Worst customer service experience I have ever had in any industry. We moved into a new house two months ago and they have still not come to estimate/repair the damage they made to our furniture. It has been two months worth of me calling and speaking to the owner and him appologizing for forgetting to call me back and making excuses. We chose to get a mover for our large furniture when moving from an apartment to a house to limit the possibility of damage to our nicer furniture, but it happended anyway. I understand there is always the possibility of items getting damaged, but you would expect a company to follow through with reimbursing you or fixing what they damaged. I am a very patient person and have been understanding up to this point, but two months worth of waiting, not following through on scheduled meetings or returning calls has exhausted my patience. The service while moving our items was very professional; they called because they were running late, worked very efficiently, asked questions to make sure they were arranging things correctly, etc. However, my experience after the move has been nothing but a constant struggle. I notified the movers before they left that two of our items had been damaged (pictures were taken before hand of previous damage as to not confuse the old damage with any damage done by the movers) and both the movers and myself informed the owner, who has been promising for two months to fix it.
