ABC Valet

I am writing on behalf of an anti-bullying charity, and we recently hosted our very first fundraiser. Our office is located on the busy streets of La Cienega where parking is very limited, yet ABC Valet made sure that all vehicles were taken care of. Jaime of their management team drove down the weekend prior to examine our location and better prepare themselves for the event. The company went out of its way by providing us with extra workers, and the employees were kind and supportive enough to even wear our charity “Choose Kindness” shirts as their uniform for the evening. ive used abc valet several times now and have always been very pleased with their service. Recently, i had a party of about 90 guests and they came on time, set up quickly, dressed nicely and were very professional and polite. I was pleased when 3 people showed up instead of the 2 i requested in order to keep my costs down for this charity event. I highly recommend them for your events. more

ABC Valet is great!!! We called them up the night before we needed valet services and they had no problems. They stayed late to explain the pricing (which wasn’t bad at all!!) to both my boss, and me, and then worked with us when we realized that our card wouldn’t work. ABC Valet is simply the best! I´m a very happy costumer and I always hire them when I arrange parties! My Mother in Law died unexpectedly this past Tuesday. The Reception was to be held at her Apartment complex where there is limited parking space available and my concern was that the majority of her 100+ friends would choose to forgo the Reception knowing of the dire parking situation. I knew I needed to hire a Valet Service. After interviewing several companies, Jaime at ABC actually took the time to assess the area and recommend a valet solution for the 75+ cars that would arrive. His crew did an AMAZING job and I received numerous comments from family and friends on how each and every one of ABC s valets were kind, courteous, and professional. Also, I must mention that it rained for 2 1/2 of the 5 hours that they worked. Even in the cold rain, the valets were superb. I would definately call on Jaime and ABC Valet in the future should the need arise. more

I have used ABC valet for many years. I have found Jaimie an d the staff always to be reliable and professional. Living in the hills on a busy street poses issues and they always perform courteously especially when dealing with the elderly. I rate and recommend their service highly. more

I chose Jaime and his team at ABC Valet for the second time to take care of my family's special event in Bel Air (90077) last week. They did an excellent job taking care of the valet and parking both times by scouting the area ahead of time to find the optimum location to have guests leave their vehicles at, navigated the steep and narrow driveway (that ends in a blind corner), and shuttled guests back and fourth from the drop off point to the event. Jaime, the owner, was there both times and provided prompt and professional service at a reasonable price. I appreciate that he kept his word and took care of our guests and their vehicles without any hassle as promised. more

I have never written an on line review, perhaps because I was not compelled by strong enough circumstances. But in a recent situation with Jaime and ABC Valet, I wanted to share my story with other event professionals about how Jaime saved the day on a rainy night in LA. As Angelenos we all know that we are not great at dealing with rainy days. I had an event scheduled for Wednesday, October 12th in Bel Air. It was to be a small, intimate dinner for 40 - but it was all suppose to be set up outside in a gorgeous yard with beautiful city views. However, Mother Nature had other plans and rain was predicted, (and boy did it rain!) My client called me up about 24 hours before the event and decided to cancel, due to the impending forecast. Needless to say, I was disappointed. Not only did I have to cancel the food that was not yet delivered, but also the rentals and the valet parking. When I called Jaime with the news, he was so gracious and offered to refund my payment, before I even had a chance to ask him. He was so gracious and generous and made an awkward situation, easy and hassle free. I will ONLY use ABC VALET for all of my events from now on! I am still trying to negotiate with the rental company, who wants to charge us a large cancellation fee. As a busy event planner, I really don't have time to deal with situations like this. If only all companies and people could be as professional, reliable and courteous as Jaime and his staff at ABC Valet, my crazy job might be a little bit easier. Also, their pricing is very fair and my clients always receive excellent service! I hired ABC valet for an event for 60 people in Boca Raton. The 2 guys were there 30 minutes before it starts. They really well presented, well dressed, very polite. after calling several places for pricing on Valet services for my baby shower I chose to go with ABC. From the get go I got a feeling that this was not your ordinary service company. Jamie was extremely informative and offered to send me his proof of insurance which made me feel as ease. The day of my event, Jonathan and Raul were on time and dressed very professionally. I can not tell you what a relief it is to know that there is a great local company that actually provides amazing valet service! I have used two other companies before for events that I've had and they were absolutely terrible!! I finally decided I would try ABC VALET.. and I definitely don't regret it! I work for a high profile client in Malibu who was having two events Friday and Saturday night and the valet attendants were extremely professional, very friendly and greeted everyone respectfully and in English!! They valet parked all the cars in a very courteous and gracious manner. During the evenings I actually had two people come up to me and ask me what company I used because of how great the service was. From now on I definitely know who to call for any other events that come up and my client was extremely impressed that we didn't have any problems or last minute issues like those other companies we had used before .. I am definitely glad that I went with this company more

Jaime (manager) and his crew go out of their way to provide professional, courteous, and reliable valet service. I routinely throw parties from 25 to 100+ people and they handle it with ease and friendly staff. I live in the hills where parking is difficult, yet they always seem to manage and adapt to any parking situation easily. Jaime will make sure you and your guests have a flawless event.
