My experiences (yes multiple) have been nothing but outstanding with this company. I only use them for my towing needs because of the following situation.\r
Last spring my husband was driving his brand new 2013 low profile corvette and the master cylinder went out. We called our GM assist emergency number and they assisted us with tow company to use to get the corvette back to the 103rd Street dealership. \r
The first tow company didn't have a truck that could take the car. \r
The second company told me that I needed to sign a release for the car because of the damages that would occur from him putting the car on his bed. (Um..NO!)\r
The third couldn't get it on his bed.\r
(Remember, low profile car.)\r
The fourth company told me that I needed to sign a release because I was going to blame him for all the damage that would occur with him putting it on his truck and that he wasn't about to mess with a crazy woman, etc. Needless to say, I WAS NOT letthing that man take the car. NO WAY! He ended up cursing under his breathe and tossing his hands around and walking away from me. NICE.\r
Now, keep in mind, my husband is annoyed at this point. Cause he hasn't dealt with any of this. He has been at work and only hears the stories and knows that I am being picky. He expresses concern that I will run out of tow companies and that I have to let ""someone take the car"". Ladies...you know how well that went over right?? \r

SO, Finally ABC Tow comes. I am greated by two young men. Who looked like they should both be in highschool. I even asked them point blank if they were skipping. (Aaron didn't like that....sorry Aaron.) Anyway, I told them both how things were gunna go. No release, no nasty comments from either would be okay, etc. They were in awe that #4 was so bad. Aaron assured me that he could handle this, I watched it all go down with absolute ease. He may have looked like he was 16....but Aaron was AWESOME! \r

He delivered the car with ease and when the clutch went out again (Second tow time)....guess who I called. (Besides the dealership to explain this was unacceptable.) I called ABC! They worked out the details with GM tow and Aaron came out AGAIN! He heard the call about a 2013 baby blue corvette and knew it was us. He came out, was a trooper when it was a bit tricky....and was again a pleasure to work with.\r

The men that I've met with at ABC are honest and dependable. I appriciate their services and have even passed their cards out to people and companies I currently work with on a professional level. The owners will work with you when called upon. Are proactive and approachable on transactions. (Commerial and Individual tow needs.)\r

I rate this company with ten stars. I don't want to ever have that corvette towed again....but if I do....you know who I'll call. Without a doubt.\r
