I made an appointment for my daughter for a flu shot, the dr examined her then said that they didn't have enough and had to hold the doses that they had left for the patients that had made appointments for them (eventhough that included us). We had to pay a copay for the visit and had to come back a 2nd time to get the shot (2 times that I had to take off from work) and they charged another copay for that visit eventhough it was their fault that we had to come back again. They were totally unreasonable about it and billed my insurance for the 2nd office visit as well. We will never go back again.
