The members at this location,5960 NW loop 410, were professional and very knowledgable. The manager Sean explained everything beforehand. He explained they like to do it one step at a time and only do what is necesary to fix the car...keeping the cost down for the customer.They also dropped me off and picked me up while working on my car. Fast and efficient was the word of the day!!!! If your check engine light comes on I HIGHLY reccomend taking your car to see Sean and his team of experts! You will not be sorry you did! more

I recently had to have brake work done on my car, and was hesitant due to the the horror stories i have heard about auto repair shops. I found AAMCO Transmissions online, and was surprised to find that they also do other automotive repairs, including brakes. I was able to speak with the manager, and to my delight,everything was explained to me in understandable terms. As a single mom, i expected to be talked down to and taken advantage of, and it was the complete opposite experience. They did such a great job, i now feel i have a go-to mechanic that i can trust. Super Service - The people at this place really know what they are doing. I really appreciate the manager keeping me informed and explaining all my options to me. They fixed my transmission problem at a fair price and in a timely manner. Words can't explain how unhappy we are not only with this location but with the location on 410 & blanco...our Lincoln was burglarized one week ago...stoled our rims,not to mention the "burglars" knew where our keys and rims key were at, stoled our radio..but surprisenly no windows were broken???? The only ones with the keys was the shop..so go figure...then to not get notified 1 whole week later....ya so ull can figure out how frustrated we are right now with aamco..oh and the security cams didn't catch a thing...haha smells like..."inside job to me" more
