AAIMS Property Management

I really wish I could give it no stars! Aaims was the worst rental company I have ever rented through! They don't keep up their properties, but want them in spectacular condition at move out! Majority of our security deposit was held due to damages we did not do, and items that were already in the home at move in! They do inspections whenever their lazy asses want to, and at not one inspection did aaims tell us of any of the damages listed. The home we were renting was also for sale, and an offer was accepted so we had to move out, and I went to the new owners who let me check the property to at least see if they actually did replace the carpet in the first bedroom, fix a cracked toilet, damage done to the rear corner of the property, and low and behold there wasn't any damage, nor did the new homeowners say they were notified of such damages! I have called and emailed aaims to provide proof of damages and/or invoice of said damages, and nothing! I plan to pursue legal action! This company is a complete scam and if I were you, whether renting or looking for a rental company for your home to look elsewhere! more

Aaims is very observative when it comes to my best interest and my property. They noticed a tenant had unauthorized pets in my home. the tenants and I are both lucky to have Aaims, I had considered eviction before they suggested an additional deposit to cover any damage. more

This company takes great care of my rental. I cant be there much so it is nice to have a company like this with my best interest and investment in mind. more

That's good enough for me. So why so many negative reviews online? The BBB investigates complaints and weeds out the ones with no merit. Most if not all online review sites may mean well but they don't seriously investigate anything so there is no way to know if a complaint is valid or not. I've used Aaims and have never had any problem. A friend of mine had recommended Aaims Property Management to me when I was looking for a house to rent at a reasonable price. At first, I was impressed with the service that I received from the property manager over the house. Then as things started to go wrong at the house and needed to be repaired, he did not want to be bothered with having them fixed or for paying for them. When I moved out of the house, I was shocked at some of the things that he found to charge me for and questioned him about them. He admitted to being wrong about a couple of them but said I was out of luck with the rest of them. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone for any reason. more
