I would like to apologize for the review on AAA Susie Q`s Cleaning posted earlier because we found out our carpet was urine stained from our dogs when we finally pulled up the carpet and found the urine stains on carpet backing and in the padding. We had to pull up and replace the carpet and padding altogether. We are so sorry to AAA Susie Q`s Cleaning for jumping the gun and putting up a bad post. more

I would NEVER recommend them! I hired them to clean my carpet. One room, that is all. They left the carpet SOAKING wet. When they left the carpet was still hot and only felt damp. But as the carpet cooled you could feel how wet it was. Our socks were soaked. We had it done Friday and it finally fully dried Monday!!!! My house smells awful now. It reeks of dirty towel/moldy smell. We called them to get some sort of refund for a job that was not fully finished and were refused that because he worked his butt off. He argued with my husband, swore at my husband and hung up on him. I don't want them back out... if someone messed up your car would you go back to them? NO. Though the offer wasn't there anyway. Oh, he did say that maybe our dog peed on the carpet and would like us to pull it up to prove whether it was our fault or his... That is ridiculous. Now we have to pay to have a different company to come out and fix THEIR MISTAKE!!!! All i can say is that it's awful and this is feud is not over. He did however call ten minutes later to possibly bargain... I'm not quite sure what the point of him calling back was. Either way nothing was solved. Pros: carpet looks clean Cons: smells, job wasn't finished, wants money back.... more
