On 2/17/12 Fri,I exchanged gold and asked for someone to call me about the diamonds in my gold. I was told she emailed the owner and sent a note with my inventory; I was to expect a call on Mon or Tue about my diamonds. The same employee left me a message on Mon. about rubies. I returned the call early Tue and left a message that I would like an owner to call me back, the rubies were not the question I want to talk to someone about the diamonds. I did not get a call back Tue or Wed. On Thurs went to Orange loc. asked to speak to the owner, employee called the owner. He asked me to have her email him my contact info, said he would pull my inventory and call me back. An hour and half went by he did not call; I went to his Garden Grove location to wait. When he came out he snapped at me, could not help me, he was busy. Then he found my things I told him I dont need to waste his time I will give him his CHECK (they do not pay CASH like the site says) back and I will take my inventory. He said NO, THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE INVENTORY BACK. He kept going into the back with my inventory. I said, I will take my diamonds then, he said there are no diamonds here, opened his hands and showed me my inventory, short 2 diamond rings, he had no inventory list and a tally sheet that has scratched out amount of oz. I originally exchanged, which was not like that when I left the store Fri. He checked the oz. on scale; which was off even for what was written down. The owner confirmed that they do not guarantee satisfaction like even their website says. He could not even give me back my full inventory because gold pieces were missing and the weights scratched out on the payout sheet.
