INSPECTION 11/22/2011

Great staff, speedy service, comfy, clean waiting area!! This was my first visit to AAA on Oleander. My appointment was scheduled for 4 p.m. The inspection work was completed in such a timely manner that I was able to zip over to DMV before 5 p.m. and get my registration renewed, all in the same afternoon. more

i have two vehicles. i utilized a coupon for an oil change on the honda. the headlights on my maxima went out so i had them to quote me a price. for a second opinion i went to the dealer. to my surprise, the dealer's price was cheaper. so as i've always done, i'll continue to utilize a coupon since i don't think the prices for services are any cheaper in price/quality than any other service place. more

Fine job 11/16/2011

They got me out in time to go to Greensboro as required even though I had been told on the phone that a new tire may take all day for delivery. I had left the old tire and hubcap lying in the trunk but the tech put the donut away and re-installed the hubcap. Not a big deal, I guess, but I did not expect him to, considering the mess in my trunk. And the discounts for AAA members are significant. Just an oil change and a new tire but it was done correctly, in a timely manner, with courtesy, and at the right price. more

Every 3 months I have an oil change at AAA. I use them because I only use Castrol in my engine. Coffee is good, have free internet while your waiting. more

WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED 11/12/2011

Did a horrible job on my truck. Had to take it back three times for them to tell me that I needed a another brake job to fix the brake job that they did 1 year earlier. I would rather walk around town then take my truck back to these guys to fix it. Read the reviews because I didn't and found it a little weird that they have so many bad reviews and a couple that they say they are amazing. A little fishy. more

Speedy Service 11/12/2011

I arrived early due to dead battery. The associate was very helpful and took the car in early for the battery as well as the scheduled appointment. The problem with the battery was explained in full to me with options. I chose a new battery and all the work was finished in a timely fashion. more

I do not understand this. 11/7/2011

I called for the towing truck and he was there in 15 min. He was very polite and worked fast. He loaded my car and towed to AAA repair shop. This was 10 AM on Sat. They estimated my problem, repaired it and I picked it up at 3:15 pm. The people at the shop were very courteous and helpful. Naomi Causey more

air conditioner repairs 11/7/2011

Totally ripped off. After several hours to "anaylize" AC cooling problem. Paid $1500 to fix it. When AC still did not cool properly, new "fix" was to replace only part left that had not already been replaced. Extra $380.00 fixed problem, which means the previous $1500 was just to locate the problem. Unwilling to admit their mistakes. more

Brake repair 11/6/2011

I thought I needed brake pads as they sometimes squeeled. I was given a price and okayed the work. Later they told me that my brake pads were good but I needed them skuffed up, treated with something and the rotors turned. The cost was less. The job was done promptly and I know I've found a place I can trust and won't try find extra's to charge me more. Thank you AAA auto service. more

I always appreciate the good work performed on my vehicle at AAA Auto Mark in Wilmington. My 1995 Trooper has 149,000 miles on its odometer and I feel certain that it has reached this milestone because of the good maintenance this vehicle receives at AAA Auto Mark. Thanks more

Great staff and service!! 11/1/2011

I was there for an inspection. There was a car in front of me, but I was offered coffee and internet, to use while I waited. The staff, especially Mark, who was suffering from allergies, was very kind and concerned about my time limit. I'd arrived at 8, and he told me I'd make my 10 a.m. doctor appt., without a problem. He really kept me informed on how the problem was going. more
