Sometimes I sit there and think about why I didn't call these people earlier. My wife was nagging me for months about a lock that was sticking on the back door. I just kept lubricating the damn thing. But eventually, there was a part that must have snapped off because the lock started to rattle and wouldn't close all the way. So I gave these guys a call and they came out and replaced the lock. Afterward, the tech said that there was a small screw that came loose and that if it were tightened when the problem first happened, i wouldn't have needed a replacement lock. Well, I didn't tell her about that, but next time I have a problem I'll just get it taken care of right there and then! more

I was less that thrilled! 6/9/2011

I can’t say that I am thrilled about having a lock drilled out of the door, but hey, if the lock can’t be picked, then I guess I have no choice! The worst part about the whole situation is that I needed to spend an extra 200 bucks putting a lock in the door that was the same as the one that was there before! more

Never EVER let your daughter play with your key ring after she figures out that sometimes spinning the keys in a circle makes them fall off the ring! When she handed me a half dozen keys, but no car key... how could I be mad at her? But a new key was a call away. The guys came out to the house and made me a car key on the spot! Good Deal! more

Car doors, house doors, bicycle locks, safes. When I had to call them i felt like a disgrace! Spoke to holmes, told me it was gonna cost two hundred bones.. He came out to da crib and all i did was adlib. Minutes later he said the work was done, Now i was able to hit the crib and not look like a bumb... more

You don't need to look any further! 2/4/2011

These guys are pretty good. I had them install a new lock in the door on the side of my house and they had it in in a few minutes. What I didn't know is that I could have it changed to be the same key that i have for the front door. So I decided to have the tech do that, and Now I'm happy! It was pretty painless and they did a good job! more
