What a great pleasure to meet someone in the repair / service business who is timely, trustworthy, competent and price competitive. Just having someone call to say they are delayed a little makes a huge difference. Willard did a great job in installing a new belt drive and remote keypad. Heard about Ranald here on the internet and got in touch initially by email. My garage door opener has been getting worse at closing over the past year or so, usually requiring me to hold the button down until it's all the way down--and this must be done from inside the garage, not the car. I'd put up with this problem for a long time so I was in no hurry to get it fixed. But I definitely wanted to. However, my work schedule is not very flexible. Ranald worked around that and came out this afternoon (Sunday!) and not only fixed the problem (replaced an old style photo-eye), but did a checkup/basic maintenance on the chain and rollers on this and my other door (which was already working).
