The WORST Service 7/16/2010

My company went online at 10:30 AM and scheduled a four-hour delivery with A1Express. Three hours later no one had shown up so I called. Spoke with customer service and they guaranteed that someone would be there by 2:00 and apologized for running late. 2:00 came and went. Called at 2:30 and received a message that the office was closed and that calls were being directed to a cell phone that was out of range. I had to call another company and pay double for a rush delivery. THEY ARE THE WORST. STAY AWAY. Pros: There are delivery services other than A1Express Cons: I used A1Express instead more

Fast and Professional Delivery Service 8/21/2009

I am from a small business and regularly ship a couple pallets and cartons worth of product. A-1 picks it up and it is delivered next day. The staff are helpful and work with me to meet my shipping needs. Pros: On time, helpful and reasonable fees Cons: I haven't experienced any more
