A-1 Air Conditioning did an excellent job in all aspects of the furnace installation. From the duct work, electrical, gas piping, everything was installed professionally. They took time to explain what they were doing and cleaned up the work site when complete. The equipment was up and running the first time with no problems. more

This is my second experience with A-1 Air Conditioning and once again the work was done quickly and professionally. They went out of their way to provide a replacement condenser that met my quality goals and within budget. Would recommend them for any future work. more

The tech was fast and professional. I just bought an old house and have found my HVAC company. I am blown away by the high level of customer service. I am getting used to a total lack of real customer focused service so this was a breath of fresh air. The tech answered all of my dumb questions without a hint of (well deserved) laughter at my expense. Thank you! more

I called in the morning and the technician came out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed us what caused it, and made the repair. This was my first experience with (company name), but I will definitely call them again if I need service. I recommend them highly. more

Cooled My House After Another AC Company Left Us Hot. Yesterday we called another AC company that came out and looked at our unit, but couldn`t do anything that day and left us without AC and told us they couldn`t do anything until Monday at the earliest. We called (company name) this morning and they came out within two hours of us calling them. They found a work-around that is allowing our house to be cooled off while parts arrive so they can do the real repair. Next time something breaks I`ll definitely be calling (company name) first! more

We were dealing with a system that was ridiculously noisy and inefficient. I called out (company name), who sent out their technician. He was extremely professional and polite. We decided to replace the system. He and his helper knocked the job out quickly, leaving us with a whisper quiet system. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs. more

We were thoroughly pleased and impressed with the service that (company name) provided. Their technician is extremely knowledgeable about ACs, including warranty service, provided expert service, discussed concerns we had with another unit and then actually made sure that we received the follow-up calls and information that he promised. And he even cleaned our compressor. He knows his stuff and earned my husband`s approval with his skill set and service demeanor. We have had service by other companies over the years, but none followed up or even responded to our subsequent calls about additional needs. (Company name) is extremely reputable and will be our continued choice for AC and Heat Pump service. more
