This is far the WORST place to go do your hair. Believe me! This service does not even deserve one star. I was very naive for trusting one of the beauty parlors with my hair (I will not mention her name). I selected a dark brown color in a hair color chart that she had shown me. However, to my surprise, she completely ridiculized my hair, by dying it all orange (yes orange) even my roots people! while she claimed that she did not put the dye all the way in my roots. She explained to me that the color would fade away little by little. Yet others who have experience in coloring their hair told me that it was not true, that my hair has different shade, light orange (in ny roots and the front of my hair), dark orange (in the ends) and that she had made a complete fool out of me. (She is such a LIAR). Until then, I was not mad at her. However, when my mother contacted her about correcting this mistake, she cursed and screamed at her in a provocative way, claiming that she is a professional. First of all: she is not a professional, because is she were, she sure would know how to dye hair perfectly. Even a one year old knows the difference between brown and orange. Second of all she is rude, careless and prideful, she has no clue what so ever about customer service. The only reason why I was so naive is that I never dyed my hair before, plus I have natural hair and I take care of it myself. (she works both places) . A little advice from me: Beware people of her and any other place that you go do your hair. Ask others who know for advice first. And if you know people who already have done it, ask them how they feel about it, and the best place to get it done. If I have done that, I would not have risked losing my hair and ridiculized myself. I learned my lesson.
