Such a great shop, and I will say the professionalism I was shown is the reason why I won't be taking my car to anyone else to be worked on. I wanted to wait to make sure my car was running well after the work to leave a review. Went in for a check engine light, and after a reasonable price to diagnosis the problem. I was was given a few options all of which were possibilities of the issue. The owner ""A stand up Guy"" stated my options and where to start. After a quick discussion I went with his recommendation and am I happy I did.\r \r My check engine light is not only off but after fearing the problem could run thousands, and possibly be more cost than my car. I went through the steps he recommended and the light is yet to return, and not only that he had given me tips to follow in order to make it through my emissions test.\r \r Very knowledgeable staff, and very competitively priced these are the reason they gained a customer for life. more

Rob was great to work with and was willing to communicate openly with me about the issues and what work was being done to investigate / resolve. I'm very particular about the car and he was more than willing to listen and help however he could. He was extremely honest and far more helpful than needed. He openly discussed paths forward and what he felt the best options were. Clearly laying out the downsides and upsides - providing recommendations that weren't in the interest of him doing more work on the car when appropriate. more

Just had our 2000 Malibu power window fixed. Another major repair facility quoted us $600 to replace the motor, regulator & switch. As car is 18 years old, we couldn't justify the cost.\r After doing some research, we ordered the parts from a parts dealer, and now needed a shop to put the parts in. My son recommended A to Z based on his past experience with them, and was impressed with them. more

These guys did great work! I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. Less than $25 to get my driver's side tail light fixed. I'm sure I could have done it cheaper myself, but I'm no mechanic. I would definitely go to them again. more

Made an online appointment an oil change, and inspection and received a confirming call within hours. The inspection reported back a small issue to keep an eye on but nothing that required immediate repair. I appreciated the honest diagnosis since many mechanics would have attempted to sell additional repairs and labor. more

They are so honest and friendly here, a real gem of an auto shop! If something doesn't need fixing they let me know, and give me all the options first when something does. They do a great job every time and I always have peace of mind. more

I picked A to Z randomly based on the Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and even though the repair I needed was fairly extensive, they finished it the same day I brought the car in. They even came in a little under their initial estimate. I'm comfortable giving A to Z a high recommendation and I intend to use them again for future repairs. more

Well l finally got some time to write this review. I took my 2005 Nissan Armada in for a tune-up. BUT Robert looked at my truck and notice l needed a wheel bearing and caliper. After doing a scan of my truck. He notified me that l needed Exhaust Manifold catalytic converters. I wasn't please but let said okay do the work. MAN OH MAN my truck runs like brand new. I asked what about a tuneup. He said u don't need it. I'm so happy with the work A-Z did I will take my cars there for now on. And Robert told me he was married to my truck. Thank you A-Z and congratulations Robert on your newborn and let wish you the best. This shop is fair and they aren't out to stick you up. I highly recommend them. more

Car wouldn't start while we were out of town, so we were nowhere near our mechanic. Gentleman at the auto parts store suggested A to Z as ""excellent"" and after seeing the great reviews, called them up. They suggested a tow truck company for us who billed them (only 1 payment--handy!) and immediately came out to check the car, even though it was near closing and they were clearly busy. Explained everything he was doing while he worked and started with the easiest fixes first instead of going right for the $1000 repair like some places do!\r Clean, friendly, knowledgable and honest. The easy fixes didn't work, so they kept it overnight. Car ended up needing a new starter and had some frayed wires that he replaced. Also replaced the battery at our request that was still ""passable"" but old and could fail anytime. So happy to have found a wonderful mechanic and not feel like I was being taken advantage of! Would absolutely recommend to other in the area! more

Recently, I took one of my cars into a dealer for warranty work and was reminded again why A to Z is the BEST place to take my cars. The dealer tried to scare me into almost $990 worth of scheduled maintenance. Robert, the owner of A to Z, always shoots straight with me on what he would do if it was his car. I've always trusted Robert with my cars - most recently with a laundry list of things on my old van with 160,000 miles that I'm worried would prevent it from withstanding a long cross country drive across North America next year. He checked it out, educated me on risks that could go wrong, did very minor work, and said it was still mechanically solid and told me\r why he would advise not doing the expensive and relatively unnecessary work and I walked out with only a $187 bill. You don't find guys like Robert much anymore. more

I typically don't take my car into a shop to do the work, I usually do it myself. However with a baby on the way and the need to get my brakes replaced (rotors, pads and calipers) I didn't have the time. Instead of getting gouged at a dealership I went to yelp and found A-Z!\r \r Spoke with the owner about what I was experiencing. He confirmed that was probably the issue. Got me a quote, got my car in quickly, work was completed within the quote (very reasonable too) and they didn't try to up sell me on other work (not even the dirty filter trick). more

I called 30 minutes before closing, expecting them to tell me I'd have to wait for another day. (Apparently former experiences have taught me to expect poor customer service, lol). But the crew at A to Z saw me right away, was very quick to the task, and the cost was very reasonable. These guys were very friendly, supportive, and accommodating. more
