Signature is a very cool spa...and the hairdresser is great 10/26/2010

I live in the Carmel area and I was having a hard time finding someone to do my hair they way I wanted. I have thick wavy hair with multi colored highlights. One girl could cut but not color, the next guy could color but the cut was uneven...Elaina does both very well. She is cool to talk to and very knowledgeable about cuts and coloring! The place is also so cute, it's decor is very cool. Not sure what these other reviews are talking about with the look of the place, it's spotless and very nice with out being stuffy. So if you need a good hairdresser ask for Elaina and she will give you a great look. They also do massage,skin and nails, so go do it up right!!! more

Great hair services! 9/18/2010

I went in for a highlight and haircut with Elaina and I loved it! She has a private room away from everyone and they play cool relaxing music and I felt like I was on vacation, and I live here..HA. Elaina really knows how to color and cut, she has been a stylist for a long time and can handle fine hair which I have. she cut it to where its just lays nice with no fuss.Now I feel like I am totally together since I have my new hair! Ask for Elaina, she will listen and give you a great look. more

excellent facial and massage by Michelle. I will definitely return. My wife had a pedicure and was very pleased. Sorry that someone had an unfortunate experience. Over all there prices are fair and the treatments were excellent. $155 for an 80 minute massage $55 for a pedicure more

Carmel's best customer service 5/10/2010

I was extremely excited to be treated to my 'Spa Day' at Signature Day Spa! Everything about the place screamed beauty and relaxation. We booked a couples massage & pedicure. While we waited, the owner was gracious and provided excellent conversation as well as refreshment. My boyfriend and I had a side by side couples massage which was amazing! The therapists were really comforting and made for an excellent afternoon. We then moved on to our pedicures. We were highly disappointed. Not only was she 20 minutes late, there was only one of her! We booked a 'couples' day and were disappointed that we had to wait for eachother while she did one of us at a time. She was very speedy and I left the spa with some of the color on my toes that I went in with. A $65 pedicure should not leave you with old color on your toe nail. I had grim left under my nails and was pretty upset. I would reccomend this Spa for anything EXCEPT a pedicure :) Pros: Massage therapists were the best Cons: Pedicurist needs to go back to school more

My daughter treated us to a great time 12/2/2009

My wife, daughter, and I had the same treatment and you are not joking when you say you felt like you were in Morocco or somewhere like this! The Moroccan treatments we received had a spicy aroma and was very healing for my daughter. She had twins 3 months ago and her healing has been slow. The oil and body wrap helped her to begin to tone and tighten her healing areas. She has been using the oil on her stomach and is very impressed with its healing properties. The spa is very beautiful also with wonderful colors and a very nice and professional staff. My wife planned this world trip a year ago because all of our children live on almost every corner of the globe. We will keep the reviews going as we make our journey. Greatest Day Ever!!!! 6/5/2009

Me and my girlfriends spent a day here and it was fabulous. I had botox done by the best plastic surgeon in the area and my best friend julie got juvederm. Wow.. Tonya was our clinical esthetician and she is great, trisha, zenith, john, and louis are super personalities and helped out alot. This is a perfect place for a wedding party... Wonderful massage! 5/8/2008

my husband and i had aromatherapy massages for our anniversary. i had kimberly for mine and it was one of the best massages i've ever had! she has a firm touch but kept checking back to make sure it was ok pressure. the music was perfect and it was so quiet. usually small town spas are tricky with noise (my pet peave!) but they got it right at signature. the only thing missing is a jacuzzi, which they are not allowed to put in due to the city ordinance to keep historical buildings the same. What a great place and most relaxing massages 9/15/2007

My Husband and I just moved to this great town. We have been in twice and had incredible massages and micro treatments. The rooms are very comfortable with very professional therapists. Anyone can see that these therapists truely love where they work and are very happy with the work they do. This is a great asset to our town and I will be back for years to come!!!! My friends and I went here for massages, pedicures and facials. All were the best we have ever had. Zenith, Renee and Tonya were the by far the best we have experienced. It is not often you get the owner to work on you and at this place you do! We are going back in May. Looks like we found a new favorite place in Carmel. Best Massages and facials we have ever had. 2/3/2007

My wife and I visited this great place in October together and I sent my wife in with four friends in January. This was the happiest I have ever seen a group of women. They had enjoyed Chocolate manicures, Pedicures and chocolate massages. Absolutely incredible day for all of them!!! I highly suggest this great spa to everyone!!!! Best experience we have ever had. 9/7/2006

My Wife and I went here for a small break away from home. We enjoyed two massages, two facials, two salt glows and two foot treatments. We were together for the entire experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive to us. We enjoyed candles and wine with our treatments. I suggest request the wine, they serve a great Merlot! We will be returning soon and I my wife and I wish more places were as pleasantly run and mannaged as this one. You can just feel the passion each therapist has to make your visit great. Our Favorite Hang Out 7/28/2006

We love this place. My girls and I have tried almost everything and all the services are awesome. The Chocolate Pedicures and Manicures smell incredible and the staff is always so happy and nice. I hope everyone is blessed enough to try this place at least once in their life... Like nothing else... very personal and real... We had the best party ever here... 3/5/2006

Seven of us went to have our nails done and massage treatments. We had the best experience and really enjoyed how comfortable we all were with the staff. We are planning another girls day out next month and we are going to Signature Again. It is the cutest place right in downtown Carmel and by far the best place around. wonderful massages and couples treatments!!! 1/26/2006

My Husband and I have two daughters at RLS and had massages here today while we were in town. We had our treatments in the couples room and it was fabulous. My boyfriend and I have had the best romantic experience here than any other spa. This is our tenth spa and by far the friendliest......... We had two treatments together in the same room and wonderful wine served to the two of us afterwards.
