DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They cancelled on us 10 min before we were supposed to be picked up, and were rude.\r

I booked A Shining Star / Accountable Limousine to drive my husband and I to a nice restaurant for his 30th bday. We were to be picked up at 7:30 for an 8pm res. The driver called at 7:05 to say he was still with the last party, stuck on the parkway, and could we push the res back 45 min? I said no, so he said he would try to find someone else. 12 min later, I called dispatch for an update, but he did not know there was an issue. I told him that we needed to be picked up in 10 min, and he yelled at me. 5 min later, I got a call from a 3rd man saying all of their drivers were stuck in traffic and they couldn't send anyone. \r

9 days later when I had gotten no correspondence but a cancellation email, I emailed saying how unprofessional I thought it all was, esp cancelling at the last min. He did apologize, but said they didn't cancel--I did.
