We have been taking our cars here for the past five years. Our service has always been great. This last time there was some miscommunication about my appointment. I went up to get my car and it hadn't been started on. The owner said that he was going to make it right and had the car done in time. When I asked if they had time he said that he would make time. There's a reason that I keep coming here – The great customer service. more

Friendly service 10/7/2017

I have had 2 f250's in for services. In addition both had a/c problems. The other items were fixed fine but the a/c failed on first truck in 40 miles. The second one only blows out the defrost now. A more thorough check should be done to avoid call baks. Im 70 miles away and going back is time consuming! Thank you allen hillje more

Oil change 9/30/2017

Good Customer service very fast, nice location! Oil left around engine compartment drips and ring from oil cap being set down, and on door handle. Thanks! more

No so honest technician 9/24/2017

Went to get my car serviced like I have for the past few years there. The people at the front desk were very polite and professional, haven't noticed any problems mechanically yet but the technician who worked on my car helped himself to some cash which was in a closed center console. The owner did make it right and reimbursed me and promised it wouldn't happen again. more

Always great but did have an issue today... 7/26/2017

Whom ever did the oil change never completely tightened the oil plug, when I got home we had a pile of oil in the garage, had to refill a quart and get underneath to tighten plug. My only request is that whomever did our oil change be notified to make sure that doesn't happen again. more

Great service, they even washed my car and vacuumed it out. It was great to get into a clean car and know that it has been properly serviced. Great place to have work done. more

I have done business with A & R for quite a few years and have always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgable. Their prices are reasonable and they get the job done, whether I'm getting an oil change or bringing the car in with some mysterious ailment. more

If I would have needed it right away they probably been done with it in one day. But once they got to it it was finished timely. Will have to see if the fix works over time. more

A&R automotive is a great place to take your car to take care of you and I treat you great they fixed my car that day and asked if I can wait till Monday but I thought I'd be back in town on Sunday and they stayed and fixed it great great service love this place more
