A Licensed Roofing Co

I hired Randy to fix the leaks in my roof. He threw rainbows and unicorns my way talking up a storm about how wonderful his company is and how perfect the job would be. When he completed the job he sent me photos. My property manager went to the house and the pictures he took did not match the photos Randy sent. (I'm in another state.) I contacted him and it took 2 weeks to get a response from him and he said he personally went over and fixed the problems. (For $3800 it should of been right the first place.) 4 months later and my roof is leaking again. I called him on Monday and by Friday he still hadn't returned my call. I was promised he would call me first thing Monday. This cat and mouse thing went on and on until finally I had my husband call. He jerked my husband around to. Then he had the nerve to try and charge me another $1000! Why wasn't the job done right the first time?! I decided to contact 3 other roofers to give me estimates because why would I give this guy more money?! And they all were in shock that I had just spent $3800. They said the coating was see through and peeling and the other work wasn't done that he said he did. Randy gave us every excuse in the book. He hadn't talked to his contractor, he needed to get permission from his wife, he'd send pictures, he'd call or get this, he'd finally call us back as he was leaving his office?! Or he would return our calls at 7pm on a Saturday night. I would NOT recommend this company to my worse enemy. I have a lot of photo's and a video I will be posting on all the media outlets I can utilize to get the word out there about this company. I tried to work this out professionally but trust me when I say, Customer service is not a priority if there is a problem. more

I hired this company A Licensed Roofing Company a month ago after reading good reviews online to fix 2 leaks in my roof. However I am very disappointed as they never returned my call for a leak that was supposed to be fixed but it is not. I called the office 3 times and the lady said that Randy is in charge of my file and he will call back...it has been a month, I never heard from the guy.... more

I called for an estimate and they came the next day; calling about 30 minutes before arriving. Randy got busy really fast diagnosing where the leak was located. He did the "army crawl" in my attic and located exactly where the minor leak was. He explained how the repair would be done and gave a very fair and reasonable price. Another company wanted more than 2 times what A licensed roofing estimated. Randy told me that communication was an important aspect of the service they provide and he didn't disappoint. They arrived three days later to do the job. Two guys did the work and after completing the job explained what they had done and showed me photos documenting the repair process. A few days later I received a warranty certificate. This company is very professional and they don't mess around. I am glad I used them. After the roof was repaired by your staff, the following points were noticed : Your crew mixed the mortar to put back some of the tiles on our drive way payers and stained the payers right in front of the entrance to the house. Broken tile was bonded together right at the end of the roof and can be seen at first glance when viewed front front door entrance. Some of the mortar (approx 4") either fell from roof or was left after the mix. more

They are super people, and when they tell you they're going to do something, they do it right a way. They also come back to check things over afterwards and make sure everything is OK. We had A Licensed Roofing Company for some repair work. Marcella Blaylock more

The owner of A Licensed Roofing Company came out, and he was very professional. He had crews come out like they were supposed to, and they were on time and did everything that they had said they were going to do. They were very good, and they cleaned up after everything was done, so I would recommend them. more

We had some pretty bad storms as as Floridians are accustomed too, however, a recent storm had done some serious damage to our roof. I called countless roofers who either never showed or quoted rediculous prices! I contacted A Licensed Roofing Company and was incredibly pleased by their punctuality, professionalism and fair pricing. You get what you pay for and I am often leery of someone who comes in too cheap. A Licensed Roofing Company is a local business who showed up when they said they would, thoroughly checked my roof and gave me a great price! They were courteous, respectful and honest! I saw pictures of my roof (time stamped) inside and out. They took their time to explain exactly what was needed, how they would do it and what to expect. They warned me about other potential leaks while they were there but finances restricted me from doing additional repairs. I wish I had done it because after Tropical Storm Isaac, I now have 2 new leaks and I am calling them back ASAP because I won't let anyone else do the work. Their employees all speak English so there was never a language barrier issue and after the job was complete, you would have never known they were there. I noticed a leak in my attic and called A Licensed Roofing Company who came to my house within an hour to look at the leak. I was given a written quote and had them repair my roof. I was also given a 1 year warranty on the work that was done. Other roofers only offered me a 4 month warranty. I was very pleased with the work that was performed and I recomended A LIcensed Roofing Company to a neighbor who also had a leak.He to was pleased. more

No ladder was left for inspection so another inspection had to be scheduled. Many nails were left on property (in the yard) after old roof was removed. Promised inspection by the company after two weeks of completed work (to ensure everything is OK) was not done. Copy of file (permit, paid checks, warranty, etc) was provided after long three months. more

a licensed roofing is truly a number one roofing company, randy gave me the best price out of four estimates did a truly perfect job on three things my house needed new roof, removal of a skylight and fixing my kitchen ceiling with new beams. also the girls in the office took the best care to make sure my insurance received the wind mitigation report. thanks a licensed roofing. more

There was a leak in the garage coming from the attic and I called A Licensed Roofing Company to fix it. I had a different company come in before to take care of the problem but apparently they didn't. Everything is fine now, I'm very happy to have that finally fixed. more

I've used A Licensed Roofing Company twice this year. I had a skylight changed a few months back, and just had a leak repaired. Both times, the work was completed promptly and correctly the first time. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from this company.
