Before a cleanse i was away tired. i could keep up with my husband and kids. they want to so hiking and camping. i just wanted to stay home. away falling asleep at work. then my girlfriend who is always energetic and positive told me about cleansing . she was so right. after talking to char and her staff she made me feel comfortable and safe. the cleanse felt so great. all the horrible thing stuck in my colon flowed out. after that i had all this energy and still do! now my family drags behind me in hiking. i now bike everyday. thanks char and gentle cleanse.
