THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE! Their website is COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT. There is no large play area and no wading pool. What they have are tiny pens with no play room at all. These tiny fenced areas have one person sitting in a lawn chair in only one of them to supervise, however he was reading a book, so the dogs were being completely ignored. Good luck if there is an altercation in one of the other pens. They have Beware of the Dog signs on the tiny fences because they are right up against the parking lot. The inside is full of rusty crates with stuff piled all over them, Ashley who reviewed below is either a friend or family member of the owner or has the wrong place. This was the most appalling doggie daycare I have ever seen.We travel a lot and our dogs stay at many daycares, and this is by far the worst place I have ever seen. more

We took our 8 month old German Sheperd, to spend the week with the ladies at A dogs day out inc, while we were on our family vacation, and let me start by saying WOW!!! they were just so amazing. They were so great with our lil' Jack (acutully not so little, he weighs over 60 lbs at 8 months old) They initally forgot to even get our paper work filled out because they were so concerned with makin sure our sweet boy was comfortable with them and they were comfortable with him. That right there was 100% LOVE!!! It was pouring down rain, and all the ladies wanted to have 1 on 1 time to walk the grounds, and get to know him. I knew right then they were the perfect people to care for our pet. Jack had the spa treatment during his stay, and occupied the privite suite avaliable for only 5 buck extra. When we picked him up he had obviously had a blast, made friends and grew tremendously on the employees. I could tell they truly love what they do with these animals, and our family and our son who has autism, wants to thank you all for loving our dog. Jack is a therapy dog, and we love him so so much. He has brough great joy to our home and companionship to our son. We give this facility a bow wow 10 out of 10 for extraordinary service and care.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. We will definitely be back for play dates and to be life long clients. more

Unsafe for dogs 9/14/2010

I took my dog there about a month ago... we were going out of town only for a few days for one last vecation of the summer for the kids. When I dropped him off I asked for him to be bathed and have his nails trimmed. Apparently there had been a thunderstorm while he was there and when I picked him up I over heard a couple of the girls talking in the outside area with the dogs. Apparently half of the back inside area of the building where they keep the dogs was FLODDED duing this storm. Apparently it doesn't take very much water for it to happen either. I was appalled! My dog was locked in a rusty crate that had DUCK TAPE holdilg the bottom tray together in the back of this building that was getting FLODDED. Needless to say for MY DOGS SAFETY I will not be going back there. O and that whole bath and nail trim didn't happen, they didn't write it down so they had no idea he was even supposed to get one. So not only did my dogs get to sit in a partially FLOODED building .. he also got to come home covered in dirt and mulch from the outside area where they play and go potty. more

Not a good place to use 9/23/2009

Took my dog here a few months ago to be dehaired and given a bath. Got her back and she was still full of hair and didn't smell at all like a bath. We wound up bathing her ourselves. Didn't learn our lesson. We were going out of town last weekend and dropped her off for sitting for a few days. We asked her to be dehaired and nails clipped as well. She was there 3 nights. Originally they told me we could pick her up on Sunday but when we called they told us they were closed and had to wait until the next day. If they were closed then how did they answer? Then, when we picked her up she smelled really really bad and hair was flying all over. They told us they de-haired her but she "had so much hair". I thought that is why we paid them? Then her nails were all jagged and when we got her home she was so thirsty for days. Almost like they didn't give her water or something. She is just today getting back to normal. She could not get enough to drink. Not normal for her. I also asked them before I brought her if we needed to treat her for fleas and they told me no, that the dogs are all treated for fleas. We are all highly allergic to fleas. Well, should have treated her because although we can't see a lot on her we are all getting bit up like crazy and we have NEVER had a flea in our house. I wish they had just told us to get her treated and that they have fleas...it would have saved us a lot of aggravation of now having to treat her anyway and get rid of the fleas she brought home. The smell of her also was horrible! That place reeks! Oh, one last thing. We had the cutest collar we bought for her and paid a fortune for it with rhinestones and they put DUCK TAPE around it to put her name on and now, when I took it off, the collar is ruined. We originally brought her there because they were reasonable and it was closer to home but would definately travel and pay more from now on. Be wary of what they say, they don't do what they say they will! Pros: close to home Cons: take your money and don't do what they say more

WHAT A BAD PLACE 11/28/2006

I took my poodle here to get groomed what a mistake. When i spoke with the owner she stated that she had years of exp grooming dogs. I felt so bad for my little boy he looked so bad he was uneven all over. She even cut him twice on the ear. His nails were not done and he did not even smell good she said "i promise that i gave him a bath". I took him home and bathed him there is no way she bathe him dirt was all over him. I would not recommend this place to anyone more
