A Clown For Every Occasion

I know the owner of this business personally, and she is as professional and caring as they come. She started with basicly nothing a built a reputable business through the years. Not only are her costumes and and performances second to none, but she goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly and shows a lot of care and concern for every person she comes in contact with. She is knowledgable in her field and is particularly good at dealing with people who may have fears/phobias of clowns. more

we reserved for a party for our soon to be 6 year old daughter. The entertainment agreement we recieved from the company said we would be charged $0 to change date or time, and the $75 reservation fee would be non refundable only in event of cancellation. We had called to see what the options were in case of rain at the outdoor park during the party. We asked about different times, locations, or a different date. She told us she comes rain or shine, and that we can not change the date, or time or location (the difference in lcation is maybe 2 blocks to an indoor location). After this she threatened she could take us to court over the $75 reservation. Keep in mind that we never asked to cancel, nor wanted to cancel. The end of the conversation, she directly told us ""I've been clowning for 25 years, and you can go F*CK yourself."" I can NOT believe this woman is allowed to entertain children. more
