Called this company to come out to clean my chimney and gutters. The lady set me a time up for them to come out at noon. These guys showed up in my driveway at exactly noon! Not a minute late, I could not believe it a company that is on time?!?! The two guys that showed up knew more about chimneys then I do about my own company! They hooked up a camera to my TV and showed me the inside of my chimney. Could not argue with what I could see in front of me. Just can't say enough about this company, from the lady who answers the phone to the guys that come out to do the work they all are class acts. more

Professional, Knowledgeable and Fairly Priced 2/7/2008

I called A Chimney Sweep after not getting a response from All Out Chimney Sweep. A Chimney Sweep was polite, professional, and made sure I knew and saw exactly what I was getting for my money. I've had a lot of work done on my house, and with contractors and subs, you never know what you're going to get. Turns out that A Chimney Sweep is the only chimney sweep in Charlotte that certifies every member of its team. The other guys don't- you can ask. And believe me, it makes a difference in both their skill level and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend A Chimney Sweep. They're a family business that is doing it right. A Company that takes care of the little people 10/2/2007

We called A Chimney Sweep to get our chimney swept and the young lady that answers the phone answered all my questions. During our conversation I found out they could clean my air ducts, my windows, my dryer vent, and my gutters. They spent two full days at my house and the guys did a wonderful job. I did check there creditability and it was outstanding and we will add to the good report. The price was not the cheapest and it was not the most expensive but the service we received was worth every penny. Pros: I was charged what I was quoted and was told how long it would take. Received more than one service. Cons: Can't relay think af anything. more
