Reliable, reasonable, and friendly 3/13/2012

I don't know why there is a bad review on here. We've used John at our home AND our business. He has been fast and does great work. It is comforting to know he is respectful of our home, totally friendly, and he gets the job done right the first time. We called him about our business a/c unit last summer and he was there in an hour, on top of the roof, in 100 degree weather. We are ready to replace the a/c unit we've been repairing for 2 years in our home and we have a call in to John - we know we'll get a good product at a fair price and it will be installed correctly and quickly. more

Great Service Great Pricing 1/3/2012

This guy came out Christmas night, got my furnace going and installed a new one for me the next day, for half the price the other guys wanted. I was going to wait for my tax return to get a new furnace, but I didnt need to with these guys, thank you very much Jon, your awesome. more

They after I called him on day four he told me he got busy. WTF? No call no show! The name of this business should be BS of KC. Everything on his website about customer satisfaction is a lie. If you want dependable & reliable service, never call this guy. If you can't run a business right, don't get into business at all. more
