I love the consistant professional ,customer service all the employees offer.Always very kind .I love the food and the prices. However;On Jan.29,2013, it was on a Tuesday.The time was approximately about,between :5:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. It appeared the was a very ( AGRESSIVE PAN HANDLER ). He also was observed :( LOITERING ,CALIF.PENAL CODE:647E WITH OUT A PURPOSE BUT TO BOTHER AND HARSS ,CUSTOMERS IN A HURRY TO GO TO WORK). He was observed walking very silently behind customers as they had their helpless backs turned.Then ask them for money.Is'nt just like a criminal at his best? What are the perfect conditions for a criminal? ( TIME)-(KNOWLEDGE OF VICTIM )-(OPPORTUNITY )-( A BIKE WITH DARK CLOTHES ,FOR A FAST GET AWAY AND NO ONE CAN GET THE PLATE).To learn more about the behavior of the criminal mind and how they study their pray and targets ,read all the books called :( THE MIND HUNTER ). So here is the description of the :( AGGRESSIVE PAN HANDLER AND LOITER AT MY FAVORITE ,7-ELEVEN ). He had a :(Navy Blue Beanie on his Head ). He also had a :( Black Under Shirt and Black Jacket ) .He also had a :( WHITE EARING ON HIS EAR LOBE OF THE LEFT EAR ).His pants were also:( Black). He was lotiering by the phones.He perhaps waiting on pray that looked defenseless and obviously helpless. Note: There is a sign posted on the wall .It states no loitering.Plus it has the ,Calif Penal Code:647 E. It was observed from a distance as I was walking my brown pit bull ,for safety the employee of 7-Eleven spoke with this suspect. But the suspect just continued to loiter.Then it appeared a very nice ,polite police officer spoke with the suspect. Hopeully if the suspect loiters and pan handles again.The wonderful ,excellent and professional police officers of; Westminster can arrest him. This will provide the suspect a room to sleep.Three meals a day. Plus the opportunity to make new friends. For hoepfully a year. With free medical and dentle. What else could a criminal want ,for free? more

I do like this 7/11 .Its great the police are always parked in the back.However there is too much pan handling and no cameras in the back area.Because people drive up and urinate behind the doughnut shop. Too many tatooed ex convicts loitering in front asking for a cigarette or money.Also my friend was in this 7/11 at 4:30 AM.On Wed July 19th 2012.He was not bothering any one.He was just putting cheese and chile on his hot dog.When very fat male Hispanic adult bumped into him on purpose.As to disturb the peace.Calif Penal Code:647.Also chalenging and dueling.Calif Penal Code:415.1.2.3.When this fat Hispanic adult decided to leave he turned to my friend and assualted him with a tap on the shoulder.Calif Penal Code:240. The very fat male Hispanic adult appeared to have a white truck.Calif plate: 5FGK425.The question is ? What was the motive and the intent? Were these gay gestures.Because the fat male Hispanic adult was trying to get a male for a date?Or was he striving to instigate a fight? This very fat ,male Hispanic adult should be arrested.Then charged with :Disturbing the peace and assualt.The employees here are great.The prices are ok. more

The staff our great.The lighting in the parking lot is'nt that great.The customer service is great at this:7-Eleven.The problem is some of the regular loiterers.Like : Daniel.He has no facial hair,he does appear to be a male white adult.According to him he claims he is a test tube baby . He should most definitley be relocated to a paded room.However;His hair appears to be shoulder length ,dirty blond.He is normally observed playing with his bike.According to him,he lives behind this ;7-Eleven store.That is totaly unsanitary.That should be against the city ,ordinance and city Municipal code.That could be against the Health and Safety Code,Section:11530.This could include:Calif Penal Code:653.20 (c).Its also not known what this guys motive and intent is?He has been also observed loitering on ,Trask .The West side by ;Walmart.Next to some of the local residences and establishments.Its not known if he could be :( Stalking) ? Civil Procedures Section:527.6 . I do hope this guy can be relocated.Some local residents are some what concerned that he might be tempted to brake into their houses when their not around.Then he loiters in front of ;7/11.Or loiters in the doughnut shop.I wonder when in a nice way he will receive a ticket for being loud and biosterious ,Calif Penal Code:415.1.2.3 and loitering,Calif Penal Code:647E ? Can you imagine walking with you're children and this guy is cursing and yelling to the air? This is my favorite :7/11 but there does appear to be lots of people loitering.Some are very agressively pan handling ,DISTURBING the peace,Calif Penal Code:647E. He is a regular.He should be relocated to the ;Salvation Army. Plus he should definately not be loitering near any houses,apartments or any other establishments,to include schools .What is the motive and the intent? Parents have to protect children now days. He should not be near any houses,apartments or any establishments on Trask.Then we see him at; 7 Eleven.When will the mayor of ;Westminster ,relocate this guy ? In a safe manner? She should do her job. more
