Ordered a meal to be delivered for my husband & myself on our credit card. Husband took credit card to go to store as I waited for our delivery. When they got here I was informed that they needed our card to process order, so they had to take order back till my husband could go there with our card to pick it up. When he got there he found that they had already charged our card for our order, so do not understand why card was needed. Guess he should of pulled our order out of bag while there picking it up, cause when he got it home and we removed it from bag,, found it to look like it had been stomped on by someone. When I called to confront manager about it was talked to by her as if my husband may had stomped on it. When I informed her that I doubt my husband would step on food that he was bringing home to eat, was then asked by the manager what she was to do about it. By then I was so disappointed I just assured her that we would NEVER be ordering food from them again. I refuse to eat food that has been stepped on. Sad part is, I have ordered from them several times in the past with no problems till this time. Must be under new management. Will not be making this mistake again.
