Quick service 1/27/2012

The dentist and staff worked well together and to accommodate the needs of the patient. I had a filling come out late at night and they were able to see me first thing the next morning. They offer discounts if paid prior to treatment! more

First time visit to 7-to-7 Dental 1/22/2012

I was very impressed with ease at getting an appointment last minute. I was not quite as impressed with the "down to business" greeting I received from the receptionist. She was professional enough but I've just experience a friendlier greeting in my former dental office; you know the kind that invites you back. They were able to see me as a new patient in less than 24 hours. The dental hygenest was just a nice as could be and very good at what he does. I never once experienced any type of discomfort. They did discover one cavity upon examination and easily got me on the same day schedule to get it taken care of. The dentist (Dr. Gomez) seemed nice enough. He and his assistance were both gentle and very kind. Nice office but I think they might work a little harder at repeat patients. This was the very firs dental office where I went through the full dental exam with full mouth x-rays and prophylaxis where I was not offered a toothbrush "to go." However, I don't think the "not getting a toothbrush" or the "ice princess" receptionish are deal breakers. I'll probably be back. more

X-RAY machine HURTS! 1/20/2012

The digital reciever for your X-RAY machine hurts too much when it is put in the mouth. You need to do something about that. My mouth still hurts today from it, and I was there yesterday. My wife doesn't even want to go back because it hurt so much. more

Friendly staff and great service 12/10/2011

Its been a couple of years since my last dentist visit and the staff at 7 to 7 made it very enjoyable. Everyone was so nice and the tvs on the ceiling were just about the coolest things i have ever seen. Wow times have changed last couple of years.I would recommend 7 to 7 looking for a dentist. And the hours are great! more

cleaning experience 11/22/2011

My wife and I were not happy with the cleaning experience we had. The young man that was cleaning our teeth seemed to have very little experience at what he was doing. We both were sprayed with water and had water running all over our faces an down our necks while going through the cleaning. At times he hit sensative spots on my teeth and was just unaware and kept right on going. He was not as smooth and gentle as we had experienced before. He seemed very uncomfortable with the equipment he was using as well as though he didn't know where to put things he was working with. After it was all said and done I wasn't really sure if he got my teeth cleaned or not lol. Sorry for being so blunt and direct but my wife and I had a long talk an laughed about it afterwards but thought you would want to know. more

Really fresh new office. Flat screen tv's to watch while you're being treated. The whole staff took care and time with me The Dentist was professional and conservative with what I needed done more

Had a great visit 9/16/2011

This was my first visit to 7 to 7, I drove all the way from Schertz to go there. I was quite please that they were able to do a root canal to save a severely cracked tooth. I plan on using this dentist again. They even called the next day to see how I was doing. Great customer service. more

I visited this place because I received a really good promotional offer from Living Social. My expectations were that I would be told I needed lots of work or my teeth would fall out. Instead, I experienced a state of the art facility with the patient's comfort in mind and a knowledgeable, friendly and considerate staff. There was a high degree of professionalism mixed with an atmosphere of friendliness. There were absolutely no hard sell tactics or over exaggeration of my dental condition. This was one of my best dental experiences ever. more
