Worst

Staff stated that our dog barked constantly but she only wanted attention. The blankets we took with came back extremely soiled. You have to pay extra for walks, play time, etc....

7 Mile Pet Boarding is a GREAT PLACE to bring your loved pets. I found after my first visit with them for my Cocker Spaniel that from the minute you step through the door Toni is right there to meet your pet. She eventually gets to you, but wants to get to know your pet first. When I saw how quickly my pet took to her, I knew that it was a good match. Having to leave my Duffy for a week was hard, but happily when I called during that week found that he was doing just great. When I came to get him, I found a VERY HAPPY PUP. 7 Mile Kennels is our go to place for our one year old chocolate lab who has bounce off the wall energy. We love the prompt response we get when we call to make a reservation (and we are terrible - usually calling only 1 to 2 days before we travel on the spur of the moment). Tillie loves being dropped off and they walk her and help get some of the energy out of her. Highly Recommend! more

The Best Kennel - ever! 12/2/2013

My "Princess" just spent a week at 7 Mile Pet Boarding and Grooming. If I could - I would give Bob and Toni a ten star rating, but it seems that I am limited to 5 stars. Toni is a wonderful caring pet handler. OK, Ok, Bob is also quite good!!!! This is the 2nd time Princess was a guest and I wouldn't let her stay at any other kennel - ever! more

TOPS 6/6/2013

Have just recently found and took advantage of the very excellent care of Toni & Bob's pet boarding. They were more than just friendly and helpful when checking out their kennels. Our dogs were not the least bit bothered on returning to the kennel for a second stay which tells me they were well cared for the first time. They were very accommodating time wise and Toni did a very good job of grooming one of the dogs. They will definitely be our choice for kenneling from now on. more

7 Mile Kennel gives great care! 9/2/2009

Bob and Toni took excellent care of our geriatric dog when we needed to find a kennel at the last minute. They gave the old guy special attention, making sure to change his bedding after he had a few accidents--something we didn't expect would happen as it never had before. They took the time to rinse off our dog, though we hadn't asked for baths. They just understood he needed them after the accidents. I also found 7 Mile Kennel to be marvelously clean. There is no dog odor upon entering, so unlike other kennels we have used in the past. I hope I don't have to board my senior citizen again, but if it's necessary I won't hesitate to call 7 Mile Kennel. more

7 Mile Pet Boarding & Grooming is Perfect for our pets..... 8/25/2009

I found 7 mile pet boarding to be one of the most reasonable priced kennels in the area. They are a family run business with lots of personal care. They answered all of my questions including the ones our son's asked the owners Bob & Toni (our dogs are a little spoiled) We used the kennel this past weekend without a hitch. This business made sure I understood their policies for shots, pick up times and what they will and will not do for our pets. As a business owner myself I found this kennel to be perfect for us and our needs. more

7 Mile Pet Boarding & Grooming is a life saver! 8/5/2009

To make a long story short Im not from the area but was passing threw when my car died and it was going to take a few days to get it fixed. What was i to do with my Friend and Companion? Well i found the perfect spot for him duing this time of need! Yes it was 7 mile Pet Boarding! What a life saver they are and so very nice to my needs and situation. Such a clean and friendly place to keep your pets safe and happy! I would really like to thank you for all you did for me and mine you really helped me with one less worry! more

7 Mile Pet Boarding & Grooming is the only place for my baby! 7/28/2009

Finally I've found a kennel i cant trust! The owners are very knowledgeable in Pets and their needs. I was very pleased at the cleanliness of the whole place and would'nt think twice before leaving my baby with them again. I called and checked on my Willy frequently and always pleased to hear nothing but good reports and it showed when i picked him up? I can say enough good things about 7 Mile Kennel but I know it will be my kennel from now on. Thank You so much for all your help with my baby! more

Find of a lifetime! 7/13/2009

Before boarding my baby anywhere i read the reviews then call and visit the place to form my own opinion. Some of the reviews i read where petty so i decided to call and what a pleasure that call was Mrs. Goodrich was a delight and very knowledgeable. I was surprised at the cleanliness of her kennel when i popped in for a unannounced visit. She had her hands full with many pets but still made the time to show me around and explain everything from prices to her daily routine with the pets. Never was i so pleased to find somewhere i fully trusted and enjoyed. Ive boarded my baby at to many nightmare hotels as i call them. My baby was there for 5 days and she acted like I never left her when i picked her up! I would recommend 7 mile kennels to anyone who needs a well kept friendly place for their pets! It was a pleasure and I will never go anywhere else again! Thank you again for everything! more

Best kennel we have ever been to! 4/19/2009

I could not say enough good things about this kennel. The first sign of a good kennel is how clean it is; this kennel does not even smell like a kennel- very clean. The next thing I look for is good people taking care of the pets. The owners are the care takers and they are GREAT with pets. My dog was treated like their own. When we came back our dog was clean and happy the owners were still great. This was the best kennel we have ever been to. They allow pick- up every day of the week, quite reasonable especially since they do ALL of the work themselves! I will never take my dog anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend 7 Mile Kennel for any pet care you need. more

Great place - Great people! 3/24/2009

We have been so grateful for 7 Mile Pet Boarding and Grooming. Toni and Bob are wonderful folks who truly care about the pets left in their care. We've utilized their services for years! The kennels are clean and well maintained. We've always taken comfort in knowing that our precious pooch is well cared for in our absence. I've recommended this kennel often and without hesitation. Very pleased 9/17/2006

I kenneled two of my dogs for a weekend. They have never been kenneled before. I felt very relaxed leaving my "babies" because of the knowledge and obvious love of dogs the staff had shown. It was exceptionally clean. The bedding we supplied did come back soiled, but that is why they told me to use old towels or rugs. That sort of thing is to be expected in a kennel setting. All in all, I know my dogs got plenty of attention and great care. I would certainly go back! PROS: Knowledged staff and very clean CONS: limited pick up times on Sunday more

used frequently always satisfied 7/20/2005

We have used this kennel a lot for all our vacations. I have always been satisfied with the service and felt confident with the staff and felt pretty comfortable leaving my dogs there . They seemed to really care about their guests and usually rememberred them . My dogs never complained either. PROS: Always seemed clean and the animals well attended . CONS: NONE more

Our home and kennel are situated on 12 acres in the town of Raymond (Franksville). We are conveniently located close to the I-94 corridor between Milwaukee and Racine, Wis. Being a home-based business, we are able to give our pet friends lots of individual love and attention. Pets love to come back to visit Auntie Toni and Uncle Bob because we make them feel so loved and special. We believe that being away from home does not have to be a traumatic experience. Our mission is to make each dog feel special and secure and we would love the opportunity to make 7 Mile Pet Boarding & Grooming your pet's favorite vacation spot. Sincerely, Bob and Toni Goodrich. The kennel is located approx 1,000 ft. off of 7 Mile Road on 12 acres of woods and fields. We have been boarding and grooming family pets since 1993. DOG BOARDING We have a quiet,country location where we chose to create less kennels,thus providing spacious indoor/outdoor areas for each pet's comfort. The kennels are very clean,dry and bright to promote a feeling of well being for your pet. The building is cozy warm in winter and a cool breeze blows through all summer. We offer lots of love and interaction daily – no charge. If you prefer just that little bit extra attention,we offer one on one playtime in a 25' by 40' park-like exercise yard. CAT/RABBIT BOARDING Our kitty condos are located next to the office. They have a good view of our daily activities and enjoy watching the flow of clients. We give our feline friends lots of love and attention free of charge. Special playtime can also be arranged. We use a clumping litter and feed a premium chow. You are welcome to bring your own food and litter if you prefer. We also welcome other litter critters – call for rates: rabbits,ferrets,birds,etc. Bedding: Clean towels,rugs and small blankets are allowed. Each pet has a fiberglass half crate for him/her to sleep in. **Please,no big pillows,quilts/blankets or carpet pieces,etc** Toys: Please label all personal items with your last name. Please note: Kennel is not responsible for soiled,damaged or lost items. **If it is special,please do not bring it** Medications: Please use a weekly pill box and written instructions. Please bring “pill pockets” for pet's medications. (Do not put any medications in daily bags of food.) Nominal fee charged to administer medications. Pets are fed once or twice a day according to your instructions. We encourage you to keep your pet on his regular diet from home. Private,daily walks and plenty of hugs and kisses for all! Private playtime available upon request. Grooming: bath,nails and ear cleaning upon request.
