Good: It was fast shipping, correct product, the product is excellent quality and the price was just right. As soon as I placed my order Adam called me to verify my purchase and the order was sent the next day.. Other: I previously purchased a Canon from a major store and it arrived damaged. Great place for Photo Equipment 4/29/2011

From A to Z these guys have it all. From price to service, delivery and advice. I placed my order over the internet for the new canon camera. Literally after five seconds of placing my order I receieved a copy of my order thru email. The next day I called into 42nd street photo wondering if they can upgrade my shipping. To my surprise they already shipped out my order and I got it two days before I expected it. Like I said from A to Z. more

Ordering from 42nd Street Photo was very easy. The product was well reviewed and the checkout went smoothly. In addition, after we had ordered, we were contacted about different add-ons that were available. Normally, this would make me hesitant because I'm not a big fan of sales people. However, the person who called me very carefully explained what options were available without being pushy. When he mentioned the prices, they were very reasonable and I ordered the battery and card from them as well. more

Fast and Inexpensive 2/22/2011

Good: They called to confirm the order and my special instructions. The shipment arrived a day sooner than they had estimated.. Bad: I have absolutely no complaints.. Improvements: I want to see 42nd Street Photo in more of my photographic product shopping searches.. Other: I know I'm a raving reviewer, but I promise that I don't work for 42nd Street Photo. Recently I was looking for Panasonic camera FX100 and found one for good price online from 42nd Street Photo - they offer me competent and fast service including advice in getting neccessary accessoriess. The only negative thing was that the store did not take canadian credit card (I had different billing and shipping address). I would recommend this store to others. more

Great Camera 1/27/2011

I've had this camera for a couple weeks and love it so far. It is nice to know that it is waterproof so I don't worry about where I am taking pictures. The touch screen is very responsive and I enjoy having the large screen to view photos on. The pictures turn out very clear and the wide variety of picture settings is convenient for whichever type of setting I end of being in. I was a little worried about the price but so far I have not been disappointed with it. more

Camera arrived in just three days including Sunday and it is fantastic! Can't wait to get fully experienced! If there is any negative, it would be that I would love a printed manual and not the CD_ROM. Don't like sitting at the computer reading. Love also the free cleaning kit and look forward to the case and screen protector. Will definitely consider ya'll for any future camera needs especially since you had the best price I could get on the internet. more

DSLR Lens Purchase 1/25/2011

42nd Street Photo was offering a really good deal on a DSLR Lens with free shipping. A representative called me back in a couple of days confirming my mailing information. I appreciate that. But what I didn't appreciate was the hard upselling of accessories. I was thinking about buying a lens filter anyways so I took the $30 bait. As it turns out I can buy the same filter from Amazon for $4.95. Lesson learned! In any case, both items were packed well and was delivered promptly. more

Fast shipment, best price 1/24/2011

I got a Canon 60D and a 60mm macro lens and was happy with both. I'm upgrading from a Rebel and was pleased to see the package arrive intact, making it from New York to Texas with lots of padding for the ride. The prices were the best I found anywhere else. more
